Electrostatic protection devices - Static Eliminators & Ionizing Air guns

QUICK has developed Electrostatic protection devices like Static Eliminators & Ionizing Air guns are used to neutralize static electricity in environments where sensitive electronic components are handled, like electronics manufacturing or cleanrooms.

It generates positive and negative ions and blows them into the air.

These ions attach to charged particles (static) on surfaces or in the air.

The process neutralizes the charge, preventing electrostatic discharge which can damage sensitive electronic components.

How Ionizers work?

ESD ionizers produce large quantities of positively and negatively charged ions from the air. The generated ions are then propelled towards the area needing neutralization. The process continues until the surface reaches an equilibrium state with no net charge, effectively eliminating the static electricity.
